Malanding Sanyang 39' (NW London)
Nicolas Sanchez .RED CARD 61' (Hutton)
Elliot Howson 77' (Hutton)
Arianit Krasniqi 78' (NW London)

NW London claimed a crucial away victory over title-chasing Hutton — their second consecutive win on the road following the midweek triumph at Barkingside.

The match was played at Billericay Town FC, where Hutton currently groundshare. The Gorillas handed a debut to Malanding Sanyang, who signed from Hoddesdon Town, the club he had scored for earlier in the season when facing NW London. Bernardino Andeme missed out after his ankle injury flared up again, despite featuring in the previous fixture.

NW London started confidently, with a composed midfield trio of Ashiqur Rahman, Noah Salama, and 18-year-old Fidel Aghati dictating the tempo. The first major chance fell to Sanyang, who fired straight at the goalkeeper following a clever through ball from Krasniqi.

At the other end, Will Barker was alert, tipping a curling effort from Howson onto the bar before making another sharp save from close range as Hutton continued to threaten.

The breakthrough came late in the first half after a flowing move saw Sanyang bundle home at the second attempt. Although the ball was initially cleared, the referee ruled it had crossed the line to give the Gorillas a deserved lead.

Hutton sought a response from set pieces but NW defended solidly — though the hosts did fire one effort over from close range as they looked for an equaliser before the break.

After half-time, NW continued to look composed in possession while Hutton pressed with more urgency. The game burst into life midway through the second half when Nicolas Sanchez, a former NW London player, was shown a second yellow card, and another Hutton man was sin-binned, leaving the hosts temporarily down to nine. NW looked to press home the advantage but created only one clear chance — Valentin Burcea firing over from close range.

Once Hutton returned to 10 men, they ramped up the pressure, striking the post from a penalty before finally equalising via a low cross turned in from close range.

However, NW's response was instant and emphatic. A cross-field pass found Thulio Soares, whose cushioned header teed up Krasniqi to fire a stunning dipping half-volley into the top corner — a goal worthy of winning any game.

Late on, Burcea was shown a 10-minute sin bin, reducing NW to ten men, but the visitors stood firm. Barker made another fine stop and a late clearance off the line preserved the win as the Gorillas held on for all three points.

It was a resilient and spirited performance from NW London — showing real character amid an ongoing injury crisis — and an important victory to keep their promotion hopes firmly alive.
